Introducing our AI-driven Global Search (Beta)

We’re excited to unveil Global Search, our cutting-edge AI-powered search engine, now available in beta. This tool revolutionizes how you interact with the Vulcan Cyber ExposureOS platform, delivering intuitive and seamless navigation and data search like never before.

What’s new?

A new search engine available across all the platform’s main pages that allows you to search and navigate the Vulcan Cyber ExposureOS platform effortlessly, transforming queries into actionable results.

  • Intelligent query handling: Ask specific questions, such as "Which CVEs contain 2021?" or "What assets have no associated business group?" and receive instant results.

  • Dynamic suggestions: Get smart prompts to refine your search and achieve more precise results.

  • Streamlined actions: Perform tasks directly from the search bar, including creating reports or adding connectors.

  • Keyboard Shortcuts: Navigate the platform faster with intuitive commands.

Data privacy

The model processes only the query itself, never accessing underlying customer data. This separation ensures that while AI delivers quick, precise responses, it never interacts with sensitive information—safeguarding customer privacy throughout the process.

Why does this matter to you?

The Global Search saves you time and effort by providing precise answers and streamlining navigation. With intelligent query handling and instant access to data, you can focus more on managing vulnerabilities and less on searching for information.

What should you do next?

  1. Beta availability: This feature is in beta to ensure we gather valuable feedback from early adopters and refine the experience before the full release.

  2. Request access: To request access, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. They will guide you through the process and submit your request for review. Our product team will evaluate your request and notify you if the feature can be enabled.

  3. Try it now: If you’ve been approved for the beta, access Global Search directly from the search bar in your UI.

  4. Provide feedback: Use the built-in feedback tools to share your thoughts and help us improve the feature.
