The Top Operational Report, prefiltered by Critical Unique Vulnerabilities in the "Vulnerable" or "In Progress" status, provides valuable insights into your organization's security posture and vulnerability management. The report helps you understand compliance percentage, total vulnerability count, and asset associations. Identify top vulnerabilities, prioritize remediation efforts, and track critical vulnerabilities across business groups. This concise and valuable report lets you make informed decisions to enhance your cyber security.
Filtering
The report offers filtering options in the "Filters" pane on the right side. You can click on specific data elements to filter the entire report or access more detailed information. Hovering over a widget provides additional actions and information.

KPIs
The Operational Findings Report's KPIs are the first and main widgets you encounter when entering the report.
KPI | Description |
SPR of Assets with Critical Vulnerabilities | A percentage of assets with unique critical vulnerabilities that comply with your security posture policy (with a maximum risk score below the SPR risk threshold). The higher the SPR is, the more compliant your environment is with the organization's security posture. This KPI also indicates the stats change compared to previous periods. |
Critical Unique Vulnerabilities | A total count of Critical Unique Vulnerabilities in your environment in "Vulnerable"/"In Progress" status. This KPI also indicates the stats change compared to previous periods. |
Assets with Critical Vulnerabilities | A total count of Assets associated with Critical Unique Vulnerabilities in your environment in "Vulnerable"/"In Progress" status. This KPI also indicates the stats change compared to previous periods. |
Widgets
Top 5/10/20 Critical Vulnerabilities by Instances count | A list of the top 5/10/20 critical unique vulnerabilities by the highest count of vulnerability instances. It includes the vulnerability name (linked to vulnerability details), Source (connector), Asset Type, Risk Mass, and Max Risk. |
Critical Vulnerabilities, associated Assets, and MTTR over time | A count of unique critical vulnerabilities, assets with critical vulnerability, and their MTTR (Mean Time to Remediation). MTTR is an industry-standard KPI used to refer to remediation progress. In this context, it represents the average time in days it takes to remediate vulnerability instances in the Critical risk level. The days count starts when the vulnerability is "first seen" in Vulcan or when the scanner connector receives this data and ends when remediation is completed—the lower the MTTR, the better. Hover over a data point for more details. The data presented at the latest time (current month) matches the data in the main KPIs above. |
Top 5/10/20 Business Groups by Count of Critical Unique Vulnerabilities over time | A count of unique critical vulnerabilities over time by top 5/10/20 business groups with the highest number of unique critical vulnerabilities. Click the Business Group name on the right to view the selected business group's unique critical vulnerabilities. |
