Configuring Teams Connector
In Connectors page, click Add new connector.
Click on Teams connector.
Fill the following field:
Webhook URL - The webhook URL of the channel you want to send messages to. You can read more of how to generate webhook URL in this article.
Note:
Each webhook is a single channel - If you wish to post messages to more Teams channels, you can create more than 1 Teams connector.
Click on Test Webhook to verify URL.
Click Create.
Share vulnerabilities from Vulcan to Teams channels
You can share all vulnerabilities data to your configured Teams channels.
In Vulnerabilities page, you can post vulnerabilities' data in 2 different options:
1. Share single vulnerability data to Teams channel via Take Action
Check a vulnerability and click on Take Action --> Under Share click on Teams
Select the Teams channel you want to post message to (channel name is determined by the name you gave to the connector)
Click on Share
All the relevant vulnerability's information will be sent to Teams channel
Note: You can use Take Action within the Vulnerability card itself by clicking on a vulnerability
2. Share multiple vulnerabilities data to Teams channel via Take Action
Check several vulnerabilities and click on Take Action --> Under Share click on Teams
Select the Teams channel you want to post message to (channel name determined by the name you gave to the connector)
Click on Share
All the relevant vulnerability's information will be sent to Teams channel.
Using Team in Automation
Within a playbook, you can choose a remediation action of type Post to Teams channel
Choose Teams channel you want to post a message to
Click Save.
